Every hard drive contains a Recycle Bin, a hidden folder on the drive. By default hidden folders are appropriately hidden from view within Windows. To access the Recycle Bin you first need to change your Windows settings to enable the viewing of hidden folders. Once you’ve done this the Recycle Bin works like any other folder. Writer Bio
