Viber doesn’t support the ability to add contacts but simply analyzes the contact list on your mobile device list and marks the contacts that have Viber installed. You can add any contact you like, including an international contact, to your phone book, and if the number is registered with Viber, the contact will immediately appear on your Viber contact list.
