Download PDF printing software (see Resources). Any of these programs can perform the JPG to PDF conversion in Windows Vista. Locate the JPG image you wish to convert to a PDF and double-click the file to open it. The file should open in Windows Photo Viewer or an image-editing software. You will be able to perform the conversion from either. Select “File,” then “Print” from the top menu bar. Click the down arrow on the list of available printers near the top of the “Print” dialog box. The name of the PDF printing software you downloaded will appear. Click the name of the program to select it. Adjust the orientation settings and other print options by clicking the “Properties” button. Click “OK” at the bottom of the dialog box to confirm your settings. Click “OK” at the bottom of the “Print” dialog box. Choose the desired location of your new PDF.
