PHC and PES files are both computer-assisted manufacturing — CAM — files used as image templates for Brother embroidery machines. The PES file will also work with machines made by the Babylock and Bernina companies. To use a PHC file on one of these machines, you’ll need to convert it to PES. Only one program can read PHC files, but the free trial download will be sufficient to convert it to the more-compatible PES. Writer Bio
