It is possible to copy either a data CD or an audio CD to another CD using Windows Vista without having to install any third-party software, by copying the material onto your computer and then transferring it to a new CD. A data CD contains data files such as documents and images. A data CD can also hold MP3 or WMA audio files, but it can normally only be read by a computer.
