Blogger offers you two different tools to change or edit your blogging template. You have Template Designer, a Blogger-created tool that allows users with little to no knowledge of HTML and Web design to create their own customized template designs, and the Edit HTML tool, which allows more advanced users to customize their Blogger code manually.
