A subscriber identity module (SIM) card is a chip inserted into Global Systems for Mobile Communications (GSM) cellular phones. The chip allows cellular service providers to identity subscribers using their networks. If you have a GSM phone with a SIM card, you can find out the phone number associated with the SIM card by calling your cellular service provider.
