By default, when you open the Outlook Express application on your computer, you should see a toolbar at the top of the window with buttons for various functions, including composing messages and viewing the address book. If you accidentally disable the Outlook Express toolbar, you will need to edit the program’s settings to get it back. All toolbar settings are controlled by the Outlook Express layout options.
