Phones that are equipped with caller ID display a caller’s name and phone number. As a Verizon customer, you can hide your number so that it does not appear on a phone equipped with caller ID. When you hide your number, “Anonymous” or “Blocked Call” is displayed on the caller ID. A special code can be used to hide your number on a per-call basis. There is no charge for using the code.
