Enter the column title. Edit or format the title for a custom look. For example, you can change the font, font color, size and alignment. Click on the “Home” tab and use the commands in the “Font” and “Alignment” groups to change the format of your column title. Save the worksheet. You can create a merged cell that allows you to enter one title that extends across the top of two or more columns. Click the “Home” tab, then click and drag to select two or more cells. Click the “Merge & Center” button on the “Alignment” group on the command Ribbon. The cells will merge to form a larger cell. Enter the title in this merged cell. You can change the font and alignment by clicking “Font” and “Alignment” commands on the “Home” tab.
