A Kodak printer displays an error message that reads “Out of Ink” whenever it detects that a cartridge is low on ink. It will not print if it detects a low-ink cartridge. If you have refilled a cartridge, or if you want to override the Kodak printer “Out of Ink” message to continue printing, you must reset the cartridge.
