Click “File” and then “Exit” from the top menu of Mozilla Firefox to close the browser. Click the “Start” button located in the lower-left corner of the screen. Type “Windows Defender” in the Search box located at the bottom of the Start Menu and press “Enter.” The Windows Defender program launches. Click “Scan” from the top menu and then select “Full Scan.” Windows Defender scans your entire hard drive for the Chase Bank Virus. The virus files are quarantined and then removed. This could take up to several hours, depending on how infected your computer system is. Click the “X” in the upper-right corner of Windows Defender to close the tool after the Chase Bank Virus has been removed.
