The Delphi SkyFi3 satellite radio receiver has two types of resets. A soft reset is useful when the receiver freezes and the controls no longer work. The receiver’s software is rebooted when you perform a soft reset, and your settings and data are not deleted. A hard reset, or factory reset, deletes all of your settings and, if you choose, all of your data, which is useful if you plan on giving the SkyFi3 to someone else.
