Tap the “Mail” icon on the Surface’s Start screen to open the Mail app. Swipe from the right edge of the device’s screen toward the middle, and then tap the “Settings” icon. Tap “Accounts,” and then tap “Add an Account.” Tap the “Other Accounts” option, and then enter your company email address and password in the appropriate fields. Tap “Show More Details.” Enter your company email address in the Username field. Enter the Incoming and Outgoing email server addresses as well as the associated Port numbers in the appropriate fields. Select all of the relevant check boxes, such as the “Incoming Server Requires SSL” and “Outgoing Server Requires Authentication” check boxes.
