One of the problems with having multiple email accounts is that, unless you’re careful, each email account may end up with a different list of contacts. If you’re at work using Outlook, for example, you may be unable to send an email to a contact you have in Gmail. The solution to this is to export your Gmail contacts to a flash drive so that you can take them wherever you go. Your contacts are the only part of Gmail you can export – you can’t export entire emails. Tips Writer Bio
