Uninstall the webcam drivers and then reinstall the latest version of the drivers if your device is not working as it should. Some webcams come with software in addition to the drivers; remove the manufacturer’s software using Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel to free some disk space. However, removing the manufacturer’s software doesn’t remove the drivers in most cases. To remove the drivers, access the Device Manager.
