The LifeCam Dashboard is not part of the standard Windows operating system. When you purchase a LifeCam, the Dashboard is included. If you used the installation CD to install the LifeCam programs onto your computer, you probably already have the Dashboard. If you do not have the software, you can download it from the Microsoft Hardware download center (see Resources). The LifeCam Dashboard is included in the webcam software bundle. Writer Bio
